I am such a lucky doxie. Just one month ago today, i had disc surgery performed by dr. davis at rbvh-my hind legs were paralyzed, i couldn't eat, felt depressed and my mom was very scared!! We were all relieved to hear that the surgery was a success and we were so grateful to dr. davis. However, there was a lot of work ahead of us to get my legs to feel and work in order for me to walk. Well, my mom gave me to Kirsty and penny, physical therapist and accupuncturist at the rehab center of the rbvh. I thought i was at a spa and was treated so special..Kirsty and penny gave me tender loving care and lots of work to make feet and legs walkable. Well, well here i am and i am able to use both legs-yippee!! i still have a ways to go to walk strongly on both legs but i know that i will be able to eventually-I cannot lose with the wonderful, loving staff at rehab taking care of me. And so, my mom is feeling much better now also, and is so very thankful to everyone who has helped me, and i also thank everyone for making my mom happy again.
