Compassionate doctors, specialists of all kinds. Have used them for years and they have always exceeded expectations. A bit pricey, but you cannot put a dollar value on the best care for your best friend.

We have been patients at RBVH for 12+ years. We have had 9 Newfoundlands during that time. We have had 3 who were, over the course of years, very ill. We came to RBVH one night with our Gunnar with a ruptured spleen. The ER vet diagnosed him immediately, called the covering surgeon during the night and she performed surgery and saved his life. Lived to be 12!! Our Emmett bloated at 7 -- again, diagnosed right away, did not need surgery and he was discharged and came home healthy. Lived to 12 1/2!! Tess had Cushing's Disease -- cared for by Dr. Trotter. Dr. Trotter is so accessible and so cares about his patients! I think the previous comments from pet owners saying that it's all about money is preposterous. I don't think I could begin to tell you about the times that RBVH has tried to SAVE us money by advising us about rushing to perform tests, etc. As a pet sitter, I have seen many different vet offices. Nothing, and absoutely nothing, compares to Red Bank VH. Most, if not all, of my clients go to RBVH and are very happy ...

We are so fortunate to have been referred to RBVH for our dachshund who suffers from IVDD. Although his initial disc surgery was done at another hospital, the follow up care was less than desirable, and no rehab was offered. We were sent home with a paralyzed dog and told to "wait and see". With the help and support of a friend whose dog suffers from the same disease, we contacted Kirsty Oliver at RBVH Rehab center and everything changed for us. Words fail when trying to describe the gratitude we feel toward the professional and caring individuals who have guided us down the stressful and sometimes complicated path of recovery. Our dog has received hydrotherapy, acupuncture, laser, and is seen with a "team" approach to his care which includes a GP vet, and neurologist, and the rehab staff. We are treated with empathy and kindness, and the knowledge that our dog is receiving the very best care available is priceless. You will never find a better team than this one (and believe me we've seen a few). I have never posted an endorsement for anything or anyone but felt compelled to do so in the event that someone, like me, is seeking assistance for their beloved pet. You are in good hands here!

I have been coming to RBVH since 1993 & I have always been a satisfied client. I have used the hospital for well care for my dogs as well as specialty care. My dogs & I have always been treated with professionalism & compassion as well as skilled medical treatment. From the front desk to the techs to the veterinarians to the pharmacy, I have always felt confident that the absolute best interest of my dog was at heart. When my golden retriever passed away, I attended the pet loss support group, which helped me cope with the pain, & grief that I experienced. I have referred dozens of friends who have all thanked me for steering them toward a facility that provided them with good care & peace of mind. Just wanted to thank Dr. DeCarlo & Dr. Trotter for following their dream & making this wonderful hospital a reality for all of the animals that have benefited. I would not take my pets anywhere else. RBVH deserves the 5 stars +++. My little Yorkie had major oral surgery on Saturday. Today she is more active and lively that before her surgery. I think because she feels so good. When it became obvious that something had to be done Dr. Hunt calmed my fears and took the bull by the horn and got me going in the right direction in a very caring way. She told me about the Dr.Anthony who was going to do the surgery. She made the appointments for Lola herself. After speaking to her I was confident that we had the right Dr. to work on my poor little girl. I was still very worried something could happen to my little girl. Dr. Hunt arranged for Nicole to do some preliminary blood work. We love Nicole. She and Dr. Hunt took care of Lola from day 1 and treat her as their very own loved pet. When I brought her in to the hospital I was a nervous wreck. When Mary Beth greeted Lola in such a kind, warm and happy manor I knew that she was in good hand and would be looked after lovingly. I can't say enough about Dr. Anthony. His professinalism, kind and caring manor with Lola and patience with me further assured me Lola was in the best hands. There was quite a bit to explain and he took his time and told me everythign he tought he needed to do and what would happen afterward. He is a very skilled and gifted man and we are so lucky he helped my little girl. Thank you RBVH. Hugs and kisses and a high five from Lola
